Fox’s Fleet may send non-marketing text messages related to:

• Reservation requests
• Booking confirmations
• Availability updates
• Pickup and drop-off coordination
• Delivery coordination
• Customer support

These messages are intended to help you manage and complete your reservation with Fox’s Fleet.

2. Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Fox’s Fleet by submitting your phone number through our website form and checking the SMS consent box.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. GHL’s current approval guidance requires explicit consent that is clearly stated and not implied, with separate handling for marketing vs. non-marketing consent.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your reservation activity, booking status, and support needs.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Fox’s Fleet unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to support operational services. This is a current GHL approval expectation for compliant privacy language.

Fox’s Fleet may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

10. Age Requirement

Fox’s Fleet vehicle rentals are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
